As part of the GBS HR team, this role will support Payroll processes across a number of countries.Our ideal candidate is analytical and methodical, with experience in Payroll administration and strong knowledge of payroll regulations, preferably in more than one country. We also value integrity, team spirit, and strong organizational skills, with an ability to meet strict deadlines and to work with colleagues in international locations.In this role, you will support Payroll processes for employees based across numerous geographical locations and at all levels of seniority within the organization. Convatec has employees in over 45 countries and continues to grow in line with demand for our products. We view people as our greatest asset, and the production of an accurate and timely payroll is crucial to our relationship with our employees.As part of your role, key responsibilities include:Processing payroll across multiple countries, working with in-country payroll processors where they exist.Supporting and where possible optimizing payroll execution systems and processes, to facilitate the collection, calculation, and entering of data.Updating payroll records by reviewing and approving changes.Supporting employee queries relating to payroll as they arise, working with in-country payroll processors to do so.Liaising closely with 3rd party payroll providers, 'in country' payroll teams, and centralized support teams to ensure a best-in-breed delivery of payroll solution.Designing and preparing appropriate reports to support the business.Managing relationships with stakeholders such as the payroll COE, Finance, wider HR, Benefits team, 3rd Party payroll providers, and employees.Ensuring compliance with local legislation, including tax and social security.Supporting required reconciliations with the Finance team, such as payments to statutory bodies, General Ledger files, etc
