.Partner Implementation ManagerPortoPorto, Porto, Portugal Job Description: THE ROLE Reporting to the Manager of Partner Implementation, you will manage Partner Implementation Projects, enabling the Partner Lifecycle on the Farfetch Marketplace. This includes Onboardings, Expansions, Solution Upgrades, and Terminations. You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and coordinating the end implementation, ensuring timely project delivery and partner proficiency. This role is a blend of project management and solutions expertise, where you will serve as a reference for Farfetch B2B Operations and Technology. Extensive collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders is essential to ensure a seamless and successful partner implementation onto the platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead Partner Implementation Projects: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the implementation process; Establish and communicate a clear timeline and progress of the project, making clear all the deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and responsibilities, while ensuring proactive communication, anticipating roadblocks and escalating to management when needed; Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Integrations, Finance, and Creative Operations to ensure smooth and timely implementation delivery; Design partners' end solutions based on existing capabilities or gather requirements for new capabilities when applicable; Train partners to ensure they can efficiently and autonomously manage tools, processes, and results; Assist partners during integration tests, placing test orders and returns, and coordinating internal and external teams for troubleshooting; Be the Farfetch subjectmatter expert on end B2B processes such as Catalogue, Fulfilment, Finance and Support, regardless of if processes are done in an integrated or manual way; Lead Marketplace-wide Partner services rollouts. Be the internal Partner Services Point of Contact to manage tooling and/or integrations rollouts, coordinating Pilot Partners, developing training material content and training internal teams; Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the Partner Implementation Service by building and/or reviewing processes and documentation, and continuously improving external training content
