In your new role you will:
Manage Competence Center (CC) related activities including people, budget and planning within the respective CC securing full compliance with Infineon's Customer Logistics Management strategy and processes;Be direct management interface and escalation path for CC operation;Plan, direct and oversee CC operations and contribute to the global CC strategy;Enable, coach, mentor and develop all staff in the CC through continuous training (skill set development), oversee new employee onboarding and provide career development planning and opportunities;Manage and identify the optimization for collaboration in the CC by reviewing current processes and deploying improvement measures jointly with the relevant stakeholders;Build relationship/communication within CLM and supporting functions;Manage CC performance to ensure the achievement of the CC objectives and KPI targets;Strengthen Competence Center focus in driving continuous tool, process and quality improvements and towards digitalization with standardization as the foundation step;Ensure maximum supply chain performance and internal customer satisfaction;Drive initiatives and projects;Ensure that all Infineon corporate reporting and communication requirements are met. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in a business management, computer science, business study or related supply chain field;At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, overseeing supply chain logistics, order management, or a related function;Fluency in English and another European Language as a bonus;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and optimize order fulfilment processes;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CLM and KeyUser;Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead a team of order management professionals;Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely and accurate order processing;Proficiency in order management software and systems, such as SAP ERP applications and CRM systems;Data analysis skills to identify trends, opportunities and areas of improvement;Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities;Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service;Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in order processing.
