Our client is a digital product development hub, part of a leader multinational company.Responsibilities: Developing and leading initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing events, activities, and team-building that enhance employee engagement and well-being.Managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring the environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.Working closely with the management to ensure that the company's culture and values are aligned with its goals.Planning and managing procurement needs for the office, events, and other relevant situations, overseeing and managing the office budget.Handling and developing local partnership contracts, aligned with internal and external stakeholders.Acting as a liaison and collaborating with HR, Marketing, Operations, Health & Safety, and other relevant departments to identify and develop strategies to address potential issues and concerns affecting employee happiness and engagement.Implementing and following standard operating procedures to maintain high standards of confidentiality, security, and compliance with all relevant regulations.Actively contributing to Working Groups and transversal projects related to the employee journey across the company.Requirements: Proficiency in communication and written English.Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative office.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and comfortably adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Empathetic and approachable personality.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Experience in SAP, particularly in the purchasing process, is a plus.We appreciate your application and inform you that we will only contact eligible candidates.
