Our client is currently looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, assisting in day-to-day operations, managing their company's general administrative activities, maintaining office equipment and facilities, and ensuring that office procedures function smoothly.
Key qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Driver's license is required
Nice to have Experience with ERP Systems (PHC)
Previous experience with office administration
Experience with Executive Travel Planning

Your typical day will include activities such as: Administrative tasks, greeting and directing visitors, and routing of phone calls
Booking business trips (flights, hotels, transport, cars, restaurants) according to requests
Preparing organizational events (meetings, team buildings, etc.)
Office organization tasks, including shopping for office supplies
Helping with new members onboarding
Organizing office visits (clients, partners, audits)
Assisting HR and Financial departments with administrative tasks
Tasks to help maintain/improve space and working conditions
