Kelly, in its Sales & Office division, is currently working with a prestigious client in the technology & energy sector who is seeking an Office Manager to join their team in Coimbra. Our client is currently looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, assisting in day-to-day operations, managing their company's general administrative activities, maintaining office equipment and facilities, and ensuring that office procedures function smoothly.Key qualificationsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitaskProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Fluent in English, written and spokenDriver's license is requiredNice to haveExperience with ERP Systems (PHC)Previous experience with office administrationExperience with Executive Travel PlanningPersonal characteristicsIndependent and self-motivatedProven track record of always learning and growingProactive attitudePossess a spirit of generosity and teamworkAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsYour typical day will include activities such as:Administrative tasks, greeting and directing visitors, and routing of phone callsBooking business trips (flights, hotels, transport, cars, restaurants) according to requestsPreparing organizational events (meetings, team buildings, etc.)Office organization tasks, including shopping for office suppliesHelping with new members onboardingOrganizing office visits (clients, partners, audits)Assisting HR and Financial departments with administrative tasksTasks to help maintain/improve space and working conditionsAre you ready to take an amazing step in your career?
