Junior Procurement Manager

Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position: Junior Procurement Manager Responsibilities Negotiating cooperation conditions and building and maintaining relationships with suppliers Processing purchasing documents in collaboration with, among others, the legal department Negotiating cooperation conditions with construction contractors in the Polish and foreign markets Analyzing and synthesizing data related to commodity prices, internal purchases, and currency rates Maintaining proper information flow and reporting Analyzing and comparing offers from suppliers (including photovoltaic farm components) Monitoring price trends in currency, natural resources, and semi-finished goods markets Creating requests for quotations Seeking new procurement sources Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in RES sector Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macro functions are desirable) Higher education (Technical/Economical preferred) Ability to conduct quantitative analysis Preciseness and attention to detail Proficient level of English in the workplace (minimum B2 level) Nice to have Experience in the renewable energy sector We offer Work for a leading company in the solar energy industry, together we contribute to environmental protection Work on interesting and modern investment projects Permanent remuneration Necessary work tools (computer, telephone) Modern office close to metro Politechnika, with well-stocked kitchen, especially on fruity days Training programmes – we have R.Power University where we offer interesting training packages to improve professional qualifications Non-work activities.
