Your tasks
Responsible for the development of a TKeasy sub-product and technical leadership of a development team Help our internal stakeholders to develop a good product vision and follow it consistently in daily doing Structure and prioritize the backlog, in close coordination with different stakeholders Organize regular reviews, ensure transparency in development operations and make our success in product development measurable with the help of KPIs Ensure that there is no renovation backlog, even for technical topics Ensure a clearly structured development process in coordination with all parties involved Your profile
Completed studies or completed training with several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity Experience in (multi-) stakeholder management and lateral leadership of an agile development team in a digital product development context Expertise in structuring functional and non-functional requirements as well as corresponding methodological know-how (e.g. user story mapping, BPMN, UML) Initial experience in the application of creativity techniques such as Design Thinking or Lego Serious Play Experience in moderating meetings and confidence in communicating and presenting complex content Agile mindset paired with analytical thinking and a structured approach Have we piqued your interest?
