For the International Information Processing sub-department, we are looking for a full-time, permanent position as soon as possible for a
1085/2024 IT systems administrator (f/m/d) to strengthen our team at the Bonn location.
Your tasks are: -You will be responsible for the design, implementation and administration of a technical archiving solution and will be responsible for the maintenance and further development of the existing software solution for archiving electronic data.
You will be entrusted with the conception and planning as well as the maintenance and further development of a document management system.
-As part of the further development and administration of the IT infrastructure in cooperation with our outtasking service provider, you will take on various tasks in the area of server and network administration as well as the expansion and further development of the virtualized system landscape.
-You record requirements for various IT systems and applications and coordinate these with the internal specialist departments.
-You support the implementation and planning of projects in IT operations.
What we expect from you: -You have a degree in computer science or business informatics or have equivalent qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
-You already have experience in IT operations, ideally with a focus on IT security and are familiar with the provision and further development of IT systems and applications in a heterogeneous network environment.
-You have good knowledge of the technical guidelines of the BSI and the IT baseline protection compendium as well as ISO 27001
-You have practical experience or sound knowledge in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of IT security measures.
-You have extensive knowledge and experience in the provision and further development of IT systems as well as the operation of logging and SIEM solutions, archiving solutions, vulnerability scanners and the connection of IT infrastructure systems to them.
-You have knowledge of the development and implementation of cryptographic measures and skills in dealing with routers and switches.
-You have a very good knowledge of German (language level C2) and a good knowledge of English (at least language level B2).
-You have analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a structured way of working with result-oriented action and independent problem-solving behavior are among your strengths.
-You have a high level of goal and service orientation paired with a strong willingness to cooperate and the ability to actively communicate in German and English.
-The ability to work in a team, commitment and resilience round off your profile.
