Technological specialization course or higher-level academic training in the IT area;Good knowledge of computer systems and other technology products;High sense of responsibility;Good communication/interpersonal relationship skills;Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux);General knowledge of end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, printing);Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues;Ability to accurately record issues and solutions in the ticketing system;Interest in updating knowledge and learning new technologies;Basic knowledge of Linux Servers, LDAP;Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);Good level of English.Why Optimizer: We can offer you:
