Fullstack Developer (Nodejs/Reactjs)

Position:Fullstack Developer (NodeJS/ReactJS)

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work regime: remote
PTC Group is recruiting for a company that provides services in the areas of Technological Consulting, Strategic Consulting and Engineering, focused on creating solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications with a strong emphasis on React and Material UI.
Design and implement APIs using Node.js.
Work on backend services and data pipelines with Python.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (experience with Jenkins is a plus).
Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (preferred but not required).
Utilize Git for version control and collaborate with team members using Git workflows.
Develop and deploy cloud-based applications with a focus on AWS (experience with other cloud platforms is a plus).

Required Skills:

React: Proven experience with React and ideally Material UI for front-end development.
Node.js: Strong experience with Node.js and API development.
Python: Proficiency in Python for backend development.
CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD practices; Jenkins experience is a plus.
IaC: Experience with Infrastructure as Code; Terraform knowledge is a plus.
Git: Proficient with Git for version control.
Cloud Platforms: Experience in cloud-based application development, with AWS being a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with additional cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of additional DevOps tools and practices.
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies as needed.
