Role Overview As an Automation Senior Specialist at Kantar, you will play a crucial role in transforming our business operations by implementing advanced automation solutions. Collaborating with different teams, you will identify areas that can be enhanced and utilize your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to create and implement efficient automation strategies. Your efforts will streamline our processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities: Work closely with important team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of their operations and find areas for automation and improvement.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas that would benefit from automation.
Apply your expertise in Power Platform to create and implement top-notch automation workflows and applications.
Lead workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and ensure effective utilization of Power Platform solutions.
Document all processes, solutions, and training materials to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and governance.
Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to evaluate the practicality, scalability, and alignment with organizational standards of identified automation solutions.
Role Requirements & Capabilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to successfully manage multiple automation projects.
Demonstrated skill in fostering strong relationships with colleagues from diverse departments.
Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to conduct engaging and informative training sessions for non-technical users.
