.IT Specialist, Invoice Management Would you be excited to be the heart of procurement for a supply chain spanning Western Europe? Carlsberg is seeking a highly accountable, forward-thinking IT colleague for our procurement applications. What you'll be doing As IT Specialist for Invoice Management, you will ensure Carlsberg's 9 Western Europe markets enjoy excellent AP automation. This includes supporting end-to-end application stability, reliability, supportability, continuous improvement, and long-term strategy. You will be the point of contact for our invoice management systems, working with the team that manages incidents. You will support the wider strategy to drive optimization, standardization, and automation, targeting lower costs and high availability. You will plan and prioritize the changes and updates that best serve business goals, in coordination with the Service Owner and a talented engineering team to deliver on time and within budget. Looking ahead, you will be part of the team that transforms procurement for the future, as well as helping to deliver our EDI and e-invoicing project goals and the applications that enable them. We estimate around 15 travel days per year. Your primary tasks and responsibilities include: Being part of the team accountable for end-to-end application stability, operability, evolution, and development Working within the team to further digitize and optimize a system landscape which includes SAP ECC, SAP ARIBA, Open Text VIM, Sievo, Bureau van Dijk, Neo KDS Delivering on our EDI and e-invoicing objectives and goals Supporting the Service Owner in working with business peers and leaders to plan and prioritize changes Supporting the business to achieve their KPIs, ensure delivery as planned, and proper governance in the transition from project to operations Anchoring changes across our organization to ensure adoption and ROI Who we're looking for A focused professional with experience in invoice management and procurement. Our requirements include: Expertise in invoicing solutions, specifically OpenText VIM Experience from a similar position in a global company Good understanding of E2E supply chain systems Experience working with outsourced delivery teams Ability to explain complicated concepts in a simple way Familiarity with other invoicing solutions (Cora AP, EDI) and purchasing systems (SAP Ariba, SAP ECC) will be an asset If you do not have all the requirements in place, give it a try and apply.
