Our client, an internationally renowned law firm, is looking for an Immigration Lawyer to join their team in their offices in Lisbon.
About the Job: Active collaboration in the Department;Experience with large clients;Expertise in advising and applying for Golden Visa for investors and D3 visa for highly qualified professionals;Familiarity with application process for D1, D2, D4 and D7 visas;Familiarity with the Tech Visa application process;Experience in international relocation of workers;Familiarity with the functioning of the Public Administrations and competent bodies for the processing of residence permits, Portuguese tax identification numbers (NIF) and visas;Experience with the application process for Portuguese nationality due to Sephardic origin;Familiarity with international taxation and the taxation for non-residents (NRH) and non-habitual (RNH) will be an asset.About the Candidate: A law degree from a prestigious Portuguese university;Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;At least 3-5 years' professional experience in the relevant areas;A collaborative, flexible and positive can-do attitude;Fluency in English (mandatory) and other languages shall be valued;Commercial aspect on the profile;Team and project management skills with plenty of autonomy;Flexibility, dynamism and versatility.Attractive salary bands are offered!
