We are currently looking for anInternspecialised in International Business Law, who speaksfluent English, to be part of our team in our Lisbon office. The Intern will assist the Legal Department and ensure that on a contractual side, agreements with third parties including customers, suppliers and vendors are duly centralised, reviewed and executed at a group level and on a corporate side, third parties' questionnaires on the corporate organization of the group are duly completed.
Responsibilities
Draft templates and review legal agreements such as NDAs;
Assist and control the implementation of the contract lifecycle process with the implementation of training sessions;
Support on the execution of corporate questionnaires requested by third parties;
Perform other clerical and legal reporting functions assigned by the Legal Director.
Requirements:
University degree inInternational Business Lawor equivalent qualification
Fluent in English, another language such as French, German or Dutch is a plus
Business law oriented on an EU and international scale
Excellent interpersonal skills: negotiation/relationship building skills
Comfortable operating in an international and multi-cultural environment
Flexibility and adaptability in approach to all tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
