Your new position
With an international reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for manage:
Benefits Administration, contact with Benefits Administration supplier  Manage and report absenteeism and overtime – Workday; Labor Obligations and reporting HR's documentation management and many other support activities in collaboration with HRBPs, Payroll and HRSC. What do you need to be successful
Degree in Human Resources or similar; 2 or 3 years of experience in Human Resources position; Good time management and priorities, good communication skills, empathy and dynamism; Native Portuguese and English fluent. What the company can offer you
We are offering a temporary contract with Hays in a dynamic environment within a multinational pharmaceutical company. We provide a base salary, meal allowance, work tools, and a hybrid work arrangement.
