ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Analyst. As part of the support tools team, you will be reporting to its Manager. You will actively participate in various projects aimed at improving operating methods (processes, tools, methods), as well as deploying the ERP solution (SAP HCM) and other application tools in the subsidiaries of the Alten Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively participating in different project phases and assisting local key user teams in deploying the Core Model functionalities of applications.
Ensuring the proper understanding of functionalities among the operating teams and being their main point of contact for any support requests.
Participating in workshops, training sessions, testing, and committees with business representatives from various areas.
Writing, maintaining, and sharing documentation related to operating methods with administrative and financial teams of different companies.
Proposing improvements in administrative and financial processes, optimizing tools based on regulatory, organizational, and operational requirements.
Coordinating and monitoring the progress of various subjects with the IT team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree (from an engineering school, business school, or university).
At least 3 years of experience in an HR position with key user experience in HR systems/ERP or initial experience as a junior business analyst working on collecting and formalizing user needs in a digitization project.
Recognized for your interpersonal skills and the quality of your listening.
Pedagogical, rigorous, and curious, with the ability to analyze, challenge a situation, and propose improvement strategies for operating methods.
Knowledge of SAP on Human Resources Management module (OM, PA, TIME, PAYROLL) is a plus.
