Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality to lead and manage the quality strategy and execution across our Back Office teams. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end quality, from ideation through to production operations, ensuring the highest standards of software quality and reliability. This role will oversee a diverse team of 12 Scrum teams and 24 Test Automation Engineers, driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in both manual and automated testing processes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in quality management, particularly in clearing and settlement systems or similarly regulated environments, and a deep understanding of agile delivery models. What you will do Quality Ownership: Define and implement a comprehensive quality strategy for the Clearing and Settlement Back Office teams, ensuring quality is embedded from the initial stages of product ideation through production deployment and operation. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage 12 Scrum teams and a team of 24 Test Automation Engineers, ensuring alignment to quality best practices and company standards. End-to-End Quality Assurance: Drive quality initiatives that cover the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering, development, testing, release, and ongoing production monitoring
