Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized and proactive German + French-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our team in Portugal. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our dynamic and international team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.

Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service in both German and French.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Conduct research and gather information for various projects.

Support social media and marketing efforts by creating content and managing online platforms.

Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

Fluency in both German and French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Proficient in using productivity tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools).
