It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.The Fraud Prevention Agent is responsible for reviewing suspicious web purchases, investigating data to determine whether orders should be accepted or canceled.Responsibilities:Accurately identify fraudulent activity.Recognize and document suspicious behavior, identifying trends, and flagging emerging issues.Communicate with customers via phone and email to gather crucial details that influence decisions.Manage back-office operations.Handle inbound calls from customers responding to callback requests.Make outbound calls when necessary to clarify information with customers.Requirements:Flawless communication skills in German + Advanced English (B2);Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure.Ability for deep analysis on customer dataProven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.Interest in self and team KPIs focusing on what can be done instead of what cannot be.What we offerfull time contract with Portuguese employerSalary 1360 gross / monthPublic and Private health insurance provided by the employerInitial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking lessons and much more!!
