Your role involves making well-balanced decisions to remove inappropriate content and resolve inquiries in adherence to defined policies and procedures.TasksReview user reports related to video content on a streaming platform.Evaluate sensitive content, occasionally involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.Remove inappropriate content according to established guidelines.Make well-balanced decisions and contribute to resolving inquiries.Work in a 24/7 rotative shift environment (8-17, 14-23, 23-8).RequirementsNative/Fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
