Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential candidates with fluency in Finnish, leveraging various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications and suitability for specific job positions Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates Regularly update candidate records in the recruitment database and maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process Requirements Fluency in Finnish, both written and verbal, is essential Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate candidates in different time zones Benefits Training & Development Performance Bonus Great Salary Work Remote
