As a Mid-Level Product Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Innovation & Solution, and you will be responsible for the following key areas:
Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and technical requirements for the development of new solutions and services for our clients.Support the product, solutions, and services roadmap definition for the energy and EV charging business units.Perform market analysis and research, including competition analysis.Participate in R&D projects, namely in the definition of requirements, specifications, and pilots implementation.Identification and establishment of partnerships for the development of new solutions.Specification of requirements, use cases, and architectures for our products and services.Participate in the definition of procedures, manuals, and technical documentation.Evaluate and test new products from suppliers to assess their compatibility with project goals.Test and implement new technologies and digital platforms across the company to support our solutions for energy and EV charging management.Manage the implementation of solutions under a proof-of-concept environment.Monitor the evolution of regulation and legislation, understand the impacts on the company's business model.Identify new market needs and business models.Requirements and Competencies: Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Management, Electrical, or Energy Systems).Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles, preferably in product/services development or innovation for the fields of decentralized energy production and EV Charging.Experience with solar technologies, energy storage, and renewables for decentralized production.Experience with digital platforms for energy management and/or EV charging point management.Proven ability to understand market trends and drive innovation initiatives.Experience in evaluating and testing new products from suppliers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Proficient in spoken and written English.Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and evolve.
