.WHAT YOU'LL DOEMESA Recruiting Interns are members of the European Recruitment Operations team and are responsible for onboarding and providing end-to-end operations support for the offices and region. The team provides support to recruiting teams across Europe.YOU'RE GOOD ATExperience or interest in organizing meetings and interviews.A highly service-oriented mindset with the aim to provide candidates with the best possible experience.Ability to work effectively with international teams and people from different cultural backgrounds.Skills in entering and maintaining accurate candidate data in application tracking and candidate relationship management systems.The ability to provide end-to-end application management support, including auditing and processing candidate applications, initial candidate screening, and communicating statuses to candidates.Experience or willingness to learn scheduling candidate interviews, updating interview information in the recruitment system, and preparing interview materials.
