As Director of Human Experience, you will shape the employee journey at Loka, leading all aspects of human resources and talent development. Your strategic vision and hands-on involvement will foster a more collaborative, inclusive workplace for our entire team as we launch for Silicon Valley leaders, innovative startups and beyond.
The Role Enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
Oversee performance-management processes, guide teams on setting goals, provide feedback and foster growth
Design competitive compensation and benefits programs
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, compliance and legal
Identify and recruit top talent

The Required Hard Skills Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field
Deep experience in human resources at consulting companies
Demonstrated ability to drive change and inspire a positive work culture
Clean criminal record
