Job Description Define the Digital Marketing strategy: identification of objectives, definition of audiences, identification of channels and buying types, initial investment split, definition of Indicators (global and by channel), definition of value propositions, creative contexts, and conception of the strategic approach. Presentations: ability to construct narratives based on concrete data, aimed at solving problems (good oral expression skills will be valued). Client Management: manage relationships with different teams and clients (national and international) and defining priorities. Validate tracking needs and set up the parameterization of campaigns and domains. Design format plan, creative guidance (value propositions + creative contexts), validation of requirements, and approval of creative formats. Setup, implementation, and structuring of campaigns on the different platforms: Google Ads (Paid Search, PMax, GDN, Discovery, YouTube), Paid Social, Display, Affiliation, and other existing biddable platforms. Monitoring/optimization of digital marketing campaigns taking into account the defined Indicators and management of automated rules. Report the results generated by Digital Marketing actions with quantitative and qualitative data analysis identification of insights to improve the efficiency of campaigns + insights to support more transversal business/communication decisions. Creation and optimization of dashboards with aggregation of data from different sources (extraction, processing, and presentation). Fit the digital strategy and the conclusions of the digital report into an integrated communications strategy, which may include additional offline media activity. Responsible for challenging projects for different national and global brands, with specific goals. Opportunity to work in a multifaceted team with experience in the different branches of digital marketing and the opportunity to work together with other units of the Dentsu group (Dentsu Creative and Merkle). You will be reporting to the Digital Lead. Qualifications 3 years' experience implementing, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on Digital Marketing campaigns and solid knowledge of Analytics and attribution models. Understand and focus on clients' business/communication strategy and clear understanding of the definition and control of Indicators (Brand Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion)
