About the role
The Data Visualization Engineer is responsible for extracting, preparing, and cleansing data, as well as designing and creating visually engaging and informative data visualizations.
As a part of your job, you will:
Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives for visualization projects.
Connect and integrate visualization tools with various data sources, ensuring seamless and efficient data access.
Extract, prepare, and cleanse data from various sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy for visualization purposes.
Design and develop visually engaging and insightful data visualizations using appropriate tools and techniques.
What are we looking for?
BSc and/or MSc in Computer Science or similar;
Previous experience with Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, and ETL processes;
Proficiency in Power BI;
Proficiency in data prep tools or components as Tableau Prep, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar;
Solid understanding of data extraction, preparation, and cleansing techniques to ensure data quality and integrity;
Experience with database management systems, SQL, and various data formats, such as CSV, JSON, and XML;
Ability to connect and integrate visualization tools with various data sources, such as APIs, databases, or data lakes.

Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
Willingness to collaborate with other players
Strong communication skills
