Some of the position's requirements and responsibilities:

Proficiency in Italian and good English (B1 level minimum)
The agent will be the front line, go-to resource for customer questions (via calls, chat, and emails) and platform issues.
Oversee and manage customers' requests and ensure to provide them with everything they need. The right person for this role is enthusiastic about addressing customers' needs aiming to provide excellent service.
