Customer Service Representative (Russian Speakers)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy.
They are seeking to onboard a Customer Service Representative -to join their teams in Lisbon and to support a client who is the #1 in online marketing.
Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   Provide customer support via email and chat, primarily in Russian, and occasionally in English;  Assist with inquiries about account and payment processes;  Resolve login and registration difficulties;  Restore and modify emails, phone numbers, and other account information;  Handle hacked accounts and restore characters;  Address questions about the reward program;  Answer queries about tokens and pre-paid game cards;  Handle any payment-related inquiries and process refunds;  Professionally manage customer data.
Please note that proficiency in both Russian and English, both orally and in writing, is a prerequisite for this position.
