What you can expect

As a customer service representative at Viaplay, you will handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat, and social media.

What you'll do

Registration and Sign in: Guide users through account setup and login issues;
Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems;
App & Device support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation, and device settings;
Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues;
Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;
Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.

What you'll need

Native Dutch speaker;
Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory);
High school diploma required;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports;
Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
