Oferta: Estamos a recrutar Costumer Service (M/F) - English and German para prestigiada empresa do Setor Serviços a Empresas, na zona de Parque das Nações.A pessoa selecionada irá desempenhar as seguintes funções:Funções:- Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned); - Ability to adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews) channels; - Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information.Requisitos:- Previous experience in similar functions;- We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person;- We value living close to the workplace.Horário:Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday on a rotating schedule with the necessary breaks provided by law.Qualificações:- Complete secondary education.Línguas:- Native in German;- Fluent in English.Eurofirms Trabalho Temporário Lda.
