At Auxadi, we are looking for a Corporate Secretarial Services Manager with local experience in Portugal to join our International team in our Lisbon office. Role Incorporation of off the shelf entities Preparation of minutes of board meetings and shareholder's meetings and updates of legal books. Drafting of power of attorney and processes with notaries Assistance in the KYC/AML process for our clients General corporate legal assistance for our clients Keeping up to date with local legal and regulatory changes Completion of standard legal procedures related to directorships Profile Degree in Law Master's degree in Corporate Law 5 years of experience in international firms serving international clients (experience with Real Estate Funds will be appreciated in the candidate) High level of English Organized, proactive, flexible, multitask, autonomous and enthusiastic person.
