What you'll be doing We're looking for a new member to help drive brand awareness and lead generation through digital marketing. We are a company with a strong and vibrant startup culture and looking for an entrepreneurial, proactive and creative individual. The Digital Marketing Executive has the role of executing cross-channel B2B marketing campaigns alongside our marketing team. This includes aligning with the marketing team on campaign goals, tasks, deadlines, budgets, and content requirements. Platforms that will require attention and maintenance include LinkedIn and Twitter, our company website, and monthly newsletter. Paid marketing activities will also need to be administered including SEO, SEM and any paid adverts. To assess the impact of each campaign, conducting performance and data analytics will be required. Main responsibilities Co-manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns which include goal setting, planning, executing and monitoring to support lead generation. Create engaging marketing content (videos, landing pages, graphics) to get our story across. Interact with the sales team to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with the sales efforts. Manage the company's website(s) to ensure it's up-to-date, conduct SEO and SEM, seeing what's working and what isn't using A/B testing. Maintain, enhance, and engage on all the company's social media platforms for brand awareness and lead generation. Use analytical tools and conduct analysis to identify inefficiencies or opportunities and improve overall customer journey on company's website and social media platforms. Develop a deep understanding of our product & services. Stay informed on digital marketing trends and tools, adapting strategies as needed. Identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency. Required skills & experience 3-4 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing. Proven experience and good understanding of digital marketing platforms (specifically LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Spotify), website building platforms, and marketing automation platforms. Proven experience and proficiency with social-media data analysis platforms, website performance analysis tools (specifically Google Analytics, and others), and SEO data analysis tools
