Automated Testing Specialist - Remote

Then become part of our international SAP Support Team at our location in Albergaria-a-Velha (Portugal). Purpose: Provide Test Automation Services for our SAP Projects team globally. Your tasks: Creating and executing model-based tests using Tosca; Efficiently manage static test data and data driven testing using Tosca; User training and documentation: Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to educate project team members on Tricentis Tosca system functionalities, best practices, and self-service resources. Keep knowledge base articles up to date to enable project team members to resolve common issues independently; Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business users, to address complex issues, provide insights, and contribute to system enhancements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to understand requirements and deliver solutions; Actively participate inbuilding a global AI powered (ChatGPT/Outsystems) knowledge base to assist end users and build the future of IT support within LIXIL. Your profile: Master's or bachelor's degree in IT or engineering areas (preferred); Tricentis Tosca Certification (preferred); Strong experience building test scripts in Tricentis Tosca; Basic understanding of SAP modules and processes from the user perspective; Good communication skills (Portuguese and English level B1/B2); A customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customers, provide exceptional service, and maintain a positive customer experience; Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure timely delivery of support; A desire to continuously learn and improve your SAP and Tricentis knowledge and technical skills to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
