What matters most To excel as an Assistant Project Manager (APM) at RQ Construction, LLC, candidates must possess a BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. While formal education is essential, equivalent work experience in the construction industry will also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy is a must, with specific software skills in Primavera 3/6, Oracle, BIM, and Revit being preferred.
Candidates should have at least four years of construction industry experience, including a minimum of one year as a Project Engineer. CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications are required, with the opportunity for training provided.
