As a Customer Support you will:
Respond to French speaking customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media) related to e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless issues
Provide pre-sales guidance, general support, and technical troubleshooting to customers
Maintain a professional, consistent brand voice in all communications, both private and public
Escalate unresolved issues to advanced support teams and collaborate with technicians to resolve complex tickets
Manage and prioritize individual ticket queues, ensuring timely follow-ups and solutions
Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
895€ gross x 14 months (it's 1044€ gross x 12 months) - basic salary,
95€ gross / month fixed project bonus
up to 120€ gross - performance bonus,
7,23€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
20€ -Transport allowance
This offer comes with 15th EXTRA SALARY: 895€ gross paid after 1st year of contract!
Your yearly annual salary (including all bonuses) is from: 14.805€ - 16245€!

You speak perfect French (C2-native)
You speak English - at least B2 level
You are ready to move to Lisbon or already live there

What do we offer?
Permanent (CDI) full time employment contract with 3 months trial period (according to the Portuguese law)
Shifts system: Monday to Friday – 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday to Sunday – 8 am to 5 pm (5 days/week, 40h / week) with 2 rotating days off
