Zippy - Backoffice Specialist - Italian Market - Maia

To integrate Zippy/Losan's Wholesale team, in Maia, we are looking for:
BACKOFFICE SPECIALIST - ITALIAN MARKET
The Zippy/Losan Backoffice Specialist is responsible for assisting customers by providing helpful information and answering questions. This professional must also handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues in their customers' experience.

Responsibilities:

Listen and solve customers' concerns, issues and questions as they arise;
Answer to customers' complaints calmly and maintaining a positive attitude;
Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively;
Recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs;
Refer issues and questions to managers, if necessary;
Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.



Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role in the fashion industry (knowledge of the Italian market is a plus);
Fluent in Italian and Portuguese;
English skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
Good communication skills and a "people-first" attitude;
Ability to multitask and stay organized;
Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
Availability to travel when necessary to Italy.
