We are looking for an ambitious and talented student recruitment professional to join our growing Admissions team. You will be directly responsible for the recruitment and enrolment of new BA & MA students in international markets.
We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
You will be a strong communicator with high levels of empathy, a knowledge of the recruitment process and the ability to work remotely whilst collaborating with the rest of the Team.
You will liaise with our Student Office Team to coordinate the analysis and verification of student requirements, provide answers and guidance on the courses we offer.
The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in the education industry.
You must be highly proficient in written and oral communication in both English as the primary working language. We will give preference to candidates who speak other languages being able to engage with prospective students all over the world.
You must have a strong working knowledge of the recruitment cycle, the ability to communicate to both inform / advise / persuade and demonstrate an ability to deliver on short deadlines.
As an Account Manager, your primary job duties will include:Connecting with students through inbound/outbound contacts who have registered an interest in our courses and schedule interviews to provide guidance.Conduct webinars, online interviews (video and voice) professionally and educate our market.Develop relationship actions with alumni, current students and other stakeholders.Advise prospective students on their course options and encouraging enrolment where appropriate.Be the main point of contact for your list of prospective students in the enrolment process.Connect with companies offering our business opportunity for employees.Develop partnerships with schools and universities offering pathways of continuing studies to their students.Your performance will be measured based on 3 key aspects:Recruitment Performance - the number of students engaged.Collaboration / Teamwork - internal communication skills and support offers to your team.Innovation & Initiative - your overall contributions to innovate in the recruitment system.You will receive training, mentoring, workplace equipment and become part of a highly collaborative, effective recruitment team that deals with inbound and outbound communications campaigns to prospective students in 100+ countries around the world. It is a challenging role at times, intellectually, and you must have determination and focus to reach your recruitment results. If you have a previous sales, education or recruitment background, this is an advantage. This job is full-time located in Porto, Portugal, one of our world-wide Admissions Office.
Requirements:Proven experience as an Account manager, or in other sales/customer service role. Having work in the education industry is a plus.Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.Fluency in English, Google tools, and knowledge of CRM (SalesForce) software is a plus.Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.Organizational and time-management skills. Enthusiastic and passionate.BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing.
