TasksTaking care of inquiries from customers regarding the Omnipod-Product, an Insulin Management SystemResponding to inbound calls, managing orders, coordinating product shipments to customersProviding support and direction to customers, resolving their issues in a timely and empathetic mannerEncouraging customers' compliance with product utilizationRequirementsA native level of German and a good level of EnglishEnthusiasm for medicine and affinity for helping othersUnderstanding the value of a good customer experience, being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people, energetic, innovative, and proactiveExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleResiding in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experienceHolding a valid Portuguese work permitBenefitsType of contract: yearly or 6-month contract, renewableWorking hours: full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (including night shifts, 24/7 schedule)Salary Conditions:
