Responsibilities:
Supervise F&B outlet team members.
Ensure restaurant operations run smoothly.
Maintain the F&B outlets in optimum and effective condition.
Ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests and employees.
Maintain good personal hygiene and grooming.
Objective:
To achieve sustainable growth by pioneering the group hospitality division, delivering services and facilities that exceed guest expectations, and creating guest experiences with fond memories through great innovations and team sincerity.
