Workday Hcm Consultant - Pharma

RED is seeking a Workday/HCM Consultant for one of our clients based in Lisbon, Portugal. This contractor position has an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
Oversee the deployment of new cloud-based features and upgrades released by Workday/HCM, ensuring thorough testing and effective communication with key stakeholders.
Configure and manage the Workday HCM system.
Take an active role in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
Continuously plan, assess, and adjust configurations and customizations to align with changing business and operational requirements.
Develop, document, and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardized user processes.
Troubleshoot occasional data issues and manage user permissions and role access.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience deploying Workday implementations,
Master at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning)
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry - mandatory
Workday HCM Certification - preferred
Based in Lisbon
