With Relocation Support Dutch Customer Support

Key Responsibilities : Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues.
Resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently and professionally.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer service and solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
Identify areas to enhance the customer experience and escalate complex issues when needed.
Achieve individual and team performance goals.
Requirements : Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team-oriented with a positive mindset and a passion for customer service.
