Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.Help customers with product inquiries, order issues, and technical support.Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues when needed.Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Record customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up. What We Are Looking For Fluency in German (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customers.Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese time), including bank holidays.Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
