Key Responsibilities Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Assist customers with product-related questions, order issues, and technical support.Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex matters to the relevant teams.Deliver clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. What We Are Looking For Fluency in German (C2 level) with strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.No experience necessary – entry-level candidates are welcome.Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
