We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working fully remote to the Netherlands.
What you will do: Manage and administer Active Directory services, including user and group management, GPOs, and DNS/DHCP.Design, deploy, and support Citrix environments, including XenApp/XenDesktop.Manage and maintain VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.Administer Office365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.Develop and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.Manage endpoint devices using Intune/SCCM for configuration management and software deployment.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, desktops, and applications.Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions.What you are like: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Windows Engineer or similar role.Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V, Office365, PowerShell, and Intune/SCCM.Strong understanding of Windows server and desktop operating systems.Experience with network protocols, services, and security concepts.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Citrix Certified Professional) are a plus.Work on challenging projects for big clientsLearn more about emerging technologiesPossibility of working remotelyDesign your career planAccess to continuous training and certificationsEvolve through our internal mobility program
