WFH (if based in Portugal) German fluent Sales/Customer Support Location: Porto, Portugal (Work From Home)
Salary Conditions:
Base salary (gross): 1100€/month x 14
Possibility of sales bonus up to 120€/month
Meal allowance: 6€/per working day (paid in meal card)

Responsibilities:
Inbound calls
Sell packages of the product
Cross-Sell or Upsell packages and associated products
Customer support for post-booking and booking management
Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
Provide customers with information about a range of questions like destination, documentation, prices, etc.
Profile:
Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications
Excellent language skills in German and comfortable speaking and writing in English
Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers
Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you
Curious and persistent to solve issues
Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
Training Conditions:
Duration: 30 calendar days
Monday to Sunday - Rotative shifts within the schedule below:
Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h
Saturday and Sunday: 08:00h - 17:00h (occasionally you must have availability from 08:00h - 19:00h)
Days off: 2 days (rotative)
