We are rapidly growing, delivering augmented telemedicine on 4 continents, and we have barely begun!About the roleWe are looking for a Customer Service Associate to be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.As a Customer Service Associate, you will:Book home consultations, ensuring efficiency; Handling emails andcalls related to home consultations; Registration and management of appointment requests; Controlling and monitoring of home consultations activity in real time; Coordinate appointments with the triage team and doctors; Provide feedback toother teams; Ensuring a positiveexperience for doctors, customers, and partners; Clarification on knok subscription plansAbout youTo be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for:Computer skills and good ability to use different tools simultaneously; Good communication and argumentation skills; Team spirit;Time flexibility, namely for shifts; Fluency in English,with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels in business.Nice to have:You have previously worked in customer service and/or health care companiesImmediate availability to start functions; Worked in a fast paced, growing environment, preferably in a technology companyPrevious experience in working with healthcare and insurance providers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
