Consistently offer professional, friendly greeting and engaging serviceUnderstand the Server's tasks in the outletUnderstand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS systemAssist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful wayHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious service experience is an assetKnowledge about Point of Sale System is an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
