That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Representative, you will:Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.Attract potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.Process and respond to contact requests promptly.Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a high level of German (written and oral) and are fluent in English (B2).Have excellent communication and active listening skills.Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions.Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
