Then what Reporting to the ADV lead, the ADV (Administration manager) Officer will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts:
Customer account management: opening, checking and updating accounts.
Management assignments: creating assignments, entering, validating and monitoring application contracts, updating data (rate changes, etc.), creating assignment orders, etc.
Invoice and monitor of outstanding payments: preparation of invoices, validation of invoices and associated supporting documents, debt collection, monitoring of payments.
